If you ask a number of people out there how they manage to rest and recuperate, especially after they have had a hectic session at work, or at the office, their answer is going to be that they have their own ways and means of unwinding unless of course they happen to be confirmed workaholics.
The age-old ways in which one could get rid of stress and tension, was getting a massage done, listening to music, cooking something in the kitchen, or just sitting quietly in one corner of the garden, and dreaming of absolutely nothing at all.
